Julia is the QUEEN

If you have even the slightest interest in cooking, or just like watching cooking shows, do yourself a favor and order the ORIGINAL, the best - Queen Julia. She is the pioneer of cooking shows, and the French Chef series is not only informative and easy to grasp - it's fabulously entertaining - better than anything that is on TV today. Great recipes, easy to follow and you will feel like a french chef yourself. Plus, with lines like, "when flipping a crepe, you must have the courage of your convictions", and "when cooking with fat, don't let kiddos, kooks or nuts run around your kitchen" - you will find yourself in stitches! She's fabulous!!

Found mine on Amazon, and I ordered the book, "My Life in France" along with it - a must read for any Julia fan.

WORK IT Boyfriend.... Stump took the top honor in the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show!The 10-year-old Sussex spaniel won Best in Show on Tuesday night. He's now officially the oldest dog to win - you go boy! 

His handler had put him into retirement in 2004 after an illness following a similar show. He only decided to show Stump a couple of weeks ago. Sommer says that Stump "showed his heart out," at Madison Square Garden.

Music I Love....

I have loved Adele since first hearing her debut earlier this year. However, I was blown away by her live performance on SNL this year! That voice!!!

For those who love live music, check out her latest release on iTunes "Live from Soho". Just amazing. Her version of "Fool That I Am" is beyond words!
